Meet your doula

Hola, my name is Mariana (ella/she/her). I'm a full spectrum doula and a sexual health educator supporting people through pregnancy and all its outcomes. My intention is to offer grounded, compassionate care that honors your choices, helps you reconnect with the wisdom of your own body. I believe you are the expert on your own body, and my role is to provide information, compassionate presence, to support so you can make the decisions that feel right for you, and to walk beside you through life's most tender transitions

My practice, TICALLI, means “sacred space of healing” in Nahuatl; my offering to you and anyone seeking care, and nurturing for their whole self.

I have a background in community health education, I currently work at an abortion fund, rooting my care deeply in reproductive justice. My care is grounded in love, sovereignty, dignity, and the wisdom of the body.

My offerings may include prenatal support, birth and postpartum support, abortion/ pregnancy release support, miscarriage/ pregnancy loss care, fertility support, Reiki energy work, herbal support, Mexican Traditional Medicine practices including limpias, barridas, closing of the bones ceremonies, grief rituals, and other rites of passage that honor the many transitions of your reproductive life. My practice is rooted in love, ancestral wisdom, and the belief that everyone deserves to move through these experiences feeling supported, respected, and deeply cared for.My practice comes from the heart, from my ancestors, and from the belief that everyone deserves empowerment and tenderness in their reproductive care and individual experiences.
